Johku Rapids start right at Johku Vanha Koulu's riverbank and run two and a half kilometres down Johku River. The rapids are class II–III: waves, white water and a few proper drops. Your guide steers the raft and tells stories of the log-floating days in Koskikylä. After the run the raft is lifted ashore downstream and you walk back along a path to the school, where the garden sauna is warm.

Included
Guide, wetsuit, helmet, life jacket and river shoes. Bring a swimsuit and a towel.
Good to know
Minimum age is 12, and all participants must be able to swim. We ask for each participant's height and shoe size when you book so the gear is ready. If the water level is above the safety limit the trip is cancelled and fully refunded.
