Order and cancellation terms
These terms apply to Visit Johkula's own products. Products from other Johkula companies follow each company's own terms, shown on the product page.
Orders
Your order is placed when you submit it in the shop and receive a confirmation by email. Prices include VAT. The seller is Visit Johkula, Asematie 1, 00123 Johkula, +358 40 000 0200, info@visitjohkula.fi.
Guided walks
- Village walk and lantern walk: free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. A walk runs with at least 4 participants. If we cancel a departure, we refund the full price or move your booking.
- Private guided walk: free cancellation up to 7 days before the walk, after that we charge the full price.
Luggage storage
Free cancellation until the day before storage.
Johkula Card
An unused card can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. The card is valid for 72 hours from first use and cannot be extended.
Souvenirs and delivery
We post within Finland within two working days, or you can pick up your order at the Tourist Information. Online shop items have a 14-day return right when unused.
